Presentations

During the conference, the following presentations will take place:

1.Oral presentations
(a) General presentations
(b) Organized sessions (OSs) organized by Activity Groups
(c) OSs organized by JSIAM members

2.Posters

<NOTE>
・All presentations should be registered on this website.
・In general, the duration of an oral presentation is 20 minutes, An OS comprises four presentations and thus runs for 80 minutes.
・For an oral presentation, an abstract (two A4 pages) should be submitted.
・Submitting an abstract means that the author(s) agree(s) with the transfer of its copyright to JSIAM. Six months after the conference, abstracts will be publicly available on the JSIAM website. Registered participants can access all abstracts from September 2, 2020 through the annual conference website.
・Only JSIAM members can deliver general presentations. Non-members can present within an OS, subject to arrangement with the organizer (see below).
・The JSIAM conference for March 2020 was canceled in response to the spread of COVID-19. Participants who were accepted for the planned March conference may present at the September conference. Such participants are requested to mention this previous acceptance in the abstract of their presentations.

■ Presentations by non-members
Non-members who would like to give an oral presentation are requested to contact one of the organizers of the OSs to present a presentation proposal. If the organizer agrees to the presentation, the non-member can register to the annual conference using a password provided by the organizer. A list of the OSs is provided below.
